Kyar San Chat (Kayar State) 

      A blow of Bean Vermicelli served with bean stick, black fungus, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, and meat. Some salt, chicken powder and fish sauce can be added.

Steamed Potato with Chin Sesame (Chin State)

     A very tasty steamed potato with the shape of roll and on top with Chin traditional sesame. The ingredients are potatoes, white sesames, black sesames, oil, and cumin seed power.

Shwe Taung Noodle (Yangon)

   Shwe Taung Noodle is yellow noodles served with chicken, coconut milk cream, onion, fried noodles and lime juice. It is one of our Myanmar family’s best recipes ever.

Shan Hta Min Jin (Shan State)

      A rice, tomato and potato or fish salad kneaded into round balls dressed and garnished with crisp fried onion in oil, tamarind sauce, coriander and spring onions often with garlic, Chinese chives or roots (ju myit).

Kachin Chicken Curry (Kachin State) 

      Kachine Chicken Curry is a famous indigenous Kachin curry. It is also one of my favorite curries. The chicken is cooked with praew leaves and served with hot rice.

    Thingyan htamin - Mon Fully boiled rice in candle-smelt water served with mango salad.
