        At Jamix Burmese  Restaurant, we take a great pride in serving the customers Myanmar Cuisine Lovingly prepared from treasured family recipes by our famous chefs from Myanmar since 1999.

        We draw our inspiration from every city or town of all divisions and states such as "Kachin, Kayar, Kayin, Chin, Myanmar, Mon, Rakhine, Shan" which are located within Myanmar.

           The Cuisine of Myanmar is heavily influenced by the respective cuisines of Thailand, China and India.

            However, Myanmar cuisine has unique preparation techniques and distinct flavours unlike any other. It is not spicy as Thai or   Indian.

How to make Mont Hin Gar

 

        In Myanmar, Noodle with Fish Soup is known as Mote Hin Gar. "Mote" means "Noodle" and "Hin Gar" means "Soup". Mote Hin Gar is one of favourite breakfasts and a meal sold the whole day in Myanmar. 

Mote Hin Gar soup is made with cat fish. It is sweet and tasty national dishes of burma.
